Inventory Tracker for Makers

Stock counts, low-stock alerts and a stock log for handmade products. An inventory spreadsheet for makers: log what you make and sell, see stock now for every product, and know what to restock before the next market.

Stop guessing what is left in the bins. List each product once with its starting stock, a low-stock level and where you keep it. Each time you make or sell something, add a quick row to the stock log, and the tracker keeps the count for every product.

The stock log has drop-downs for the product, in or out (made or restocked, sold, market sale, gift or sample, damaged) and the place you sold it, with room for 500 rows. Stock now updates right away, and products at or below their low-stock level turn coral, while those close to it turn gold.

The low stock tab pulls everything that needs attention into one list, with how many to make to get back to your restock number. Add your cost and price for each product to see the value of what is on your shelves.

You get a blank copy ready to use and a filled-in example from a small pottery and earring maker to learn from. It works in Google Sheets, or download it for Excel.
