Cost to make, wholesale and retail prices for handmade products. A pricing spreadsheet for handmade sellers: add up materials, packaging, your time and overhead, then get wholesale and retail prices from your own markups.

Know what each product really costs you before you set the price. Type in the materials and packaging for one item, how long it takes to make, the hourly rate you want to pay yourself, and your monthly overhead. The calculator adds it all up to your cost to make one.

Then set your own wholesale and retail markups. The suggested retail price shows in a big green box, with the wholesale price, the profit per item and the margin at each price. Type the price tag you plan to use and see the profit at that price too.

The product list uses the same math for up to 50 products, so you can price your whole line in one place. Set your hourly rate, overhead and markups once at the top, and change them on any row that needs something different.
