Questions

What size canopy do I need?

A 10 × 10 ft canopy fits most market and expo spaces. Go 10 × 15 or 10 × 20 ft for double booths, food vendors and bigger teams, or 5 × 5 ft for sampling and tight spots.

Which frame should I choose?

Steel is sturdy and budget friendly. Aluminum is lighter to carry and set up. The heavy-duty aluminum frame is our strongest, with a lifetime hardware warranty, for vendors who set up every weekend.

Can I buy just a replacement canopy top, or only walls?

Yes. Under Frame, choose No frame · top or walls only and pick the frame it's for. Order a new printed top, back and half walls, or both. For another brand's frame, tell us the brand and we confirm the fit before you pay.

How long does a custom canopy take?

It's ready in a few business days after you approve your proof and pay, then ships free. Most tents arrive in about 1 to 2 weeks.

What file should I send for my logo?

A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) prints sharpest, but a large PNG or JPG works too. If your file isn't print-ready, we'll tell you before you approve the proof.

Do you charge for shipping?

No. Shipping is free to every address in the lower 48 states and Washington, DC.
