Holiday markets are the busiest weeks of a vendor's year. This planner starts eight weeks before your first market, with a checklist for each week, and keeps every market on one page: date, hours, load-in, booth number and whether the fee is paid.

Set an inventory goal for every product, tally your top sellers across six markets, and write your own order-by dates for booths, flags, gift bags and supplies. A gift-wrap station checklist and an hour-by-hour market-day schedule keep the busy days calm.
