Booth Layout & Setup Planner

Booth grid sheets, display heights, setup timeline and weather checklist. Plan your 10x10 or 10x20 booth on grid paper, then set up and tear down with a timeline and checklists for display heights, weather and wind.

Sketch your booth before market day. The 10x10 and 10x20 grid sheets use one square per foot, with the front and aisle side marked and a legend for tables, walls, flags, checkout and shopper flow. A two-plan page lets you compare layouts side by side, and an example page shows two sample 3D booths plus four simple floor plans you can copy.

The display heights page explains eye level, the buy zone and how to use three heights with risers, with room to plan your own table. A setup timeline walks you from arrival to open at 90, 75, 60, 45, 30 and 15 minutes, and the tear-down and weather and wind checklists cover weights on every leg, walls down in wind and what to do when it rains.

Print it and use a pencil, or type into it on your phone or computer. It comes in US Letter and A4.
