Plan the week's meals in a few minutes. Keep your family's recipes on one tab, then pick breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks for each day from drop-down menus. Type the date your week starts and the days and dates fill in.

The grocery list is sorted by store section, from produce to household, so you can shop the store in order. Mark what you already have and what is in the cart, and the list shows each section's estimated cost and how many items are still to buy.

A pantry tab keeps track of what is in the pantry, fridge and freezer, and highlights anything close to its use-by date. The grocery budget tab logs each shopping trip and adds up what you spend each month against your weekly budget. There is also a starter list of 60 simple everyday meal ideas.
