If you need a different size, a specific frame or only some of the pieces, building your own gives you full control. Who the Brand Essential fits

The Brand Essential is the classic market setup: a printed canopy, a printed back wall and two half walls that frame your space while keeping the front open.

• Your first branded booth, or an upgrade from a plain canopy.
• Occasional to regular use at farmers markets, craft fairs, school and church events, and community festivals.
• People who carry and set up the booth themselves. A 40mm frame is lighter to carry and quick to set up.
• Inline spots, where most people see you from the front.

500D is the standard printed canopy fabric and works well for most vendors.

The Ultimate Brand Booth steps up the frame, the fabric and the walls.

• Frequent setups. If you’re out most weekends, a 50mm heavy-duty frame is built for that kind of use and for windier spots.
• Year-round sellers. In warm states, where outdoor markets and festivals run from fall through spring and often into summer, 600D fabric holds up better to sun and frequent use.
• Corner spots and open layouts. Double-sided walls read from inside and outside your booth, so your design looks finished from every angle.

When to build your own instead

Our canopy booth builder lets you choose every piece. It’s the better path when:

• You need a different size. We build canopies from 6.5 x 6.5 ft up to 13 x 26 ft, including the 10x20 that many food vendors and teams use.
• You want a different frame, like a 45mm frame as a middle ground between 40mm and 50mm.
• You want a different finish, such as a simple silkscreen print or plain color fabric instead of full color.
• You need full side walls for wind, sun, privacy or overnight shows.
• You only need some of the pieces, like a canopy to match walls you already own.

You can also order a separate table cover in a different size (4, 5, 6 or 8 ft) or style (fitted, spandex, loose throw or runner) to fit the table you actually use.

Booths usually arrive in about 6 weeks after you approve your proof and pay, and you can ask for faster shipping (about 4 weeks) if you have a deadline. Shipping is free to the lower 48 states and DC. Custom booths can’t be returned except for damage or defects reported within 7 days of delivery with photos.
