We stand behind the quality of our products. If an item arrives damaged or if there are issues with delivery (e.g., missing package confirmed via tracking number), please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • Proof of damage must be provided (e.g., photos).
  • Missing deliveries must be verified with tracking information.

We do not accept returns for change of mind or other reasons outside of damage or missing items.


Bulk orders, wholesale purchases, and custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds or exchanges will be issued depending on the situation after review. We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution.


Return shipping costs for damaged items will be covered by us.
